Exchanges and returns

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five working days after receiving the return shipment.

Easy returns in four simple steps:

Step 1: Contact customer service.

Step 2: Fill in the return form.

Step 3: Send your order.

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address stated on the return form. Make sure the package includes a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 4: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.
